DMCA and Content Removal

We remove infringing and non-consensual content promptly. There are two separate routes below — use the second if you appear in content and did not agree to it being published.

1. Copyright infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [DMCA AGENT EMAIL] including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL of the material you want removed.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Non-consensual content — expedited removal

If you appear in content on this site and did not consent to it being published, email [REMOVAL EMAIL] with the URL. We will restrict access to the reported content while we review, and remove it on verification. You do not need a lawyer, you do not need to prove copyright ownership, and there is no fee. We aim to action these within 24 hours and in all cases within 7 days.

The same route applies if you previously consented and have since withdrawn that consent. Consent is revocable at any time.

3. Content depicting a minor

Report suspected material depicting a minor immediately to [ABUSE EMAIL]. Such reports are prioritised above all others. Confirmed material is removed, the account is terminated, and the matter is referred to the appropriate authorities.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [DMCA AGENT EMAIL] containing your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification. Counter-notices are not available for removals made on consent grounds.

5. Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others are terminated.
