These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AfriAmateur (the "Site"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Age restriction

The Site contains age-restricted material. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and that it is legal for you to access such material where you live. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who misrepresents their age.

2. Content on this Site

All content published on the Site is either uploaded by the creator who made it or ingested by us under a documented licence or performer release. Every item carries a consent record identifying the person depicted or the rights holder, and no item can be published without one.

We do not index, aggregate, scrape, or republish material sourced from elsewhere on the internet. Content circulating publicly without the consent of the people in it is not eligible for this Site under any circumstances.

3. Eligibility to upload

You must hold an account to submit content, and every submission is reviewed by a human before it can appear. We may additionally require government-issued photo identification, a verification selfie, and a signed consent and model release for every person appearing in your content before approving a submission or granting verified status. You warrant that:

  • Every performer depicted was at least 18 years old at the time of recording.
  • Every performer gave informed, documented, revocable consent to both the recording and its publication on the Site.
  • You own or control all rights necessary to publish the content.
  • The content was not recorded covertly and does not depict any person without their knowledge.

4. Prohibited content

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal, account termination, and where applicable a report to law enforcement:

  • Any content depicting or appearing to depict a minor.
  • Non-consensual content, including "revenge" material, hidden-camera or upskirt recordings, and content shared in breach of confidence.
  • Content depicting non-consensual violence, coercion, trafficking, or bestiality.
  • Content depicting an identifiable person who has not consented to its publication.
  • Content you do not hold the rights to distribute.

5. Review and moderation

All submissions are held in a moderation queue and are not publicly visible until approved by a human reviewer. We may reject, remove, or de-index any content at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

6. Consent withdrawal and content removal

Any person appearing in content on the Site may withdraw consent at any time and request removal by contacting [REMOVAL EMAIL]. We will remove verified requests promptly, and in any case within 7 days. You do not need to be the uploader to make this request.

7. Licence you grant us

By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, encode, display, and distribute that content on the Site for as long as it remains published. This licence ends when the content is removed.

8. Advertising and affiliate links

The Site carries third-party advertising and affiliate links, including links to live cam and dating services. Links marked "Sponsored" earn us a commission if you sign up or purchase. Advertisers do not influence which content we publish or how it is reviewed. Third-party advertisers set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
